Thanks to all my readers for supporting me throughout the years and years. Their humble supports always helps me to explore, research and share the correct content, tips, techniques and experiences of my photography journey and career.

Well, today I am writing this article how you must take full control of all your stunning, great, incredible, wow photographs etc before something happens wrong against your photographs. Every photographer is always concerned to shoot better in all the condition, he always takes care of the camera setting, photography content management etc but mostly photographer hardly concerned with some point of view who protect him as a photographer throughout his career.

Let's discuss a few important points to protect photography career.

Storage- When the shoot is done then your first job is to store all your images in the protected devices.
  • Always have 3 layers of data storage to save your photographs like your desktop, your external hard disc and Best images raw and Jpeg should be stored on iCloud storage (google drive, one drive etc)
  • Save only JPEG images into your laptop to give a presentation to your new clients.
  • Never allow anyone to use your external device because sometimes virus can spoil you all data.
Maintenance of Photography Kit- Generally we do not have this habit for a regular check-up but we must evolve this habit in us asap.
  • Always clean your camera sensor by the authorised camera company regularly to avoid reshoot situation in your life.
  • Upgrade your firmware frequently, It increases your camera performance.
  • Sometimes you need to service your tripod too because when tripod legs stop moving then there is the possibility to scrap you shoot and may need to revisit the wonderful location.
  • lenses also require services once in a year because sometimes fungus can enter the lens due to moisturiser without letting anybody knows.
  • Must clean all the umbrellas, softbox, and other photography light's accessories.
  • Must shine your photography kit in front of your clients always. That's built your brand too.
Basic camera settings - The most important action to take once the shoot is done.
  • Suppose you are shooting small products and next day you have a plan to shoot a real estate project and you know both projects require a different setting, to avoid every setting hassle, the best thing to do always set your camera at basic setting. This habit will never ever spoil your shoot. Believe me.
  • Recharge batteries, Backup the photos data, keep all the stuff in a better-organised way. that really works.
Marketing tips - Everything is based on marketing if looking for a great career.
  • Share your work with your other clients too
  • When sharing your photos on social media platforms, must add the logo or name of your company on the photographs.
  • Share your client's photograph publically or socially with their due permission always.
  • Keep sending the newsletter of your recent works or project to your old and new clients.
I hope, these important content will always give you full control of your photography career to grow more. We have to be in multitasking things and not only shooting great photos. Great photographs always relay on Maintainance, backup, marketing skills, photography skills, understanding the project in a better way, a different point of view, creative aspect and moreover how you want your photos to land up. last but not least, your viewer's reaction confirmed your photography level.

Keep experimenting and have a wonderful and happy photography life to you all.
