Interesting tips to stay at home while ISOLATION




Stay at Home, when isolation begins, let's follow the interesting tip to stay at home happily. 


A life-threating disease Coronavirus has asked strictly all of us to STAY AT HOME but for some people, this may be a nightmare and toughest thing to follow. But we have no option except stay at home to protect us and our family. A simple medicine (stay at home) without water and milk can give us a healthy life. We have to stay at home happily. 

This is article is about making your isolation interesting and busiest. When you are at home by forcefully or by choice that does not matter but the matter is how we utilize this day and do some great work while isolation begins.

Daily Routine - It is very important to make a list of the daily routine job and must include some physical exercise, yoga, meditation, playing indoor games time, house job, some official work that can be managed from home like emails, video conferencing etc. Add all the job that encourage or motivate you and others in the family to do happily. Like student can study regularly as per the scheduled. A learning experience for everyone nowadays. 

Purpose of the day- One must understand that what is the purpose of the day like the student must have the targetted lesson to finish or finish the artwork etc on the same day. Other family members must have a targeted job to finish on the same day. This really works to make your day interesting. Do not waste your day aimlessly. Time is always important and cannot be regenerated ever. 

Eat less and Exercise daily- When we are at home then we should control our eating habits. remember we are not allowed to go out of the home and in a flat, there is no roof to walk to digest your food. Eat less, eat healthy and never put on weight otherwise, this will be another problem. I guess you can find a small corner in your home for exercise, dance, yoga, meditation etc. Those people are having a roof in their home then the roof is the best option to walk in the evening and morning both. You have to be fit & healthy to protect from coronavirus effect too.

Air circulation - Try to keep clean air circulation in your room, flat, home etc This will always bring positive energy. If possible spend some time for plantation too inside the home. 

Oversleeping- Never go for oversleeping, I can understand when you are house arrest and no job to do than eating and sleeping becomes the only job to pass your day. Never follow this, this habit will spoil your routine and health completely. Eat less and sleep less. I advice all the people go for 20-30 minutes nap in a day only. That boost your energy level. not more than this. 

Watching TV- I am sure, all the people staying at home spending most of the time watching NEWS only, they are busy in updated with the coronavirus worldwide, how coronavirus killing this world. It is not good because too much news about coronavirus will give you negative energy and take away your mental peace too. Fix the news timing twice in a day that's maximum otherwise you will be sick and mentally disturbed, please avoid too much watching coronavirus news. Watch interesting movies, discovery channel, favourite daily soap, interesting videos of your interest etc

Follow coronavirus precautions- I hope we all know what to do in this unexpected situation. Please follow all the precautions prescribed by the health department of INDIA, doctors etc. Only precaution (mentioned below) can help us to fight against coronavirus disease. 

1. Wash your hands properly, always have sanitizers near you
2. Cough/sneeze into your elbow, carry handkerchief always

3. Don't touch your face again and again

4. Stay more than 3ft (1m) away from others, follow social distancing

5. Stay home if you feel sick, quarantine yourself & consult Doctors asap.
