Landscape photographs create STORY too

Landscapes photographs leave a strong impression on the viewers because landscape photographs always freshen, excite the viewers. But when we talk about landscape photographs creates amazing stories too. I think this might shock you a little bit because we hardly know about this. We have always discussed storytelling photographs of people, portraits, group photos etc. But this time we are going to discuss landscape storytelling images, we will add storytelling factors to our landscape photography. See the above-posted image, I have added small huts in the framing so that my landscape photographs also creates some story.

Let us discuss the few important things to follow, which might have given you extra storytelling content to your amazing photographs. So that you stopped skipping those important content, which can be added to your photographs and can improve your level of photography.

Add or include People or Animal - Adding living element always increase the weightage of the photographs, now it photographer job to hunt and add the human/animal presence in the image. How the photographer used human or animal creatively in the framing to create a story. See the below-posted image. Asola Bhati Lake- Faridabad, INDIA. Added few humans to the photograph while they were shooting.

Add Building or Monument -  Sometime you may find your landscape shot along with the old building, fort, monument, small huts, small eating zones etc. Most of the photographers don't add and use them and sometimes they crop that part out of the photographs. Always remember that creative photographer always know, how to add or include an unwanted thing to the photographs to make amazing photographs. See the below-posted images. Ranthambore, INDIA. Used that tomb in the photographs.

Adding lone trees - Finding a lone tree sometime is a blessing for the photographer. A lone tree is always ready to tell a story for different people, different level, strength, belonging, surviving etc. A lone tree come always with unique and creative features. Believe me its a hidden treasure for all the photographer and help us to shoot from a different level, different weather, different lighting conditions etc. Yamuna Nagar, Karnal, INDIA

Conclusion- There are end numbers of content visible in the landscape photography, only you need to explore them, you need to add or include them into your framing so that your photographs can tell a story to your viewers beautifully. Sometimes, leaving the location after the shoot quickly also hide the important content to shoot, It is advisable for all the photographer to stay for more time to explore more hidden treasure to shoot. This really helps.

Keep experimenting, Have wonderful & happy photography life to you all.
