Interesting Street Photography

Street photography is one of the interesting genres at least for me. Why street photography is always an interesting genre for me and others too. Let's talk. I am mentioning the interesting point, why street photography is always favourite for all the photographer and carry extra weightage in the world of photography. Please go through the mentioned interesting points below and fall in love with the street photography genres.

• Give you a great photography experience 

Once you develop a habit of shooting streets, I assure you that lots of photography doubts will be disappeared automatically. You will learn to shoot in different light condition, will have a habit to find out the interesting subject and most importantly you can shoot in any condition with the current photography equipment. No extra buying of lenses

I am writing this article to search for important & interesting content while shooting street photography. Which content creates more weightage to your street photography

Search for the right/interesting light - Interesting light will definitely create magic in the images. Look for the interesting light like shadows & highlights, split light, morning & evening light etc. See the posted image below. Start observing magical lights.

Wait for the interesting subject- Do not jump over the shooting once you are land up in the street. Wait for some unique, different subject to come or happen. Always remember in the same street you will find all the subject similar but sometimes a miracle can happen. See the above (Top) image of the woman selling earrings on her head. I found her different, unique and her head earing stand is really awesome, a new thing for me to shoot.

Find a simple location to shoot- You cannot find an interesting location every time for street photography, but shooting the common/interesting subject along with simple location like wall, shop, auto stand, taxi stand, the shutter of the shop can create an interesting image. See the below-posted image, I shot the auto-rickshaw along with a permanent artificial replica of the famous Hyderabad Charminar Monument. The auto-rickshaw added an extra interesting factor in the whole image.

Avoid Confusing composition- Be simple is the best option for creating an interesting image. always try to have a simple composition and please do not overlooked and never create a confusing composition. Simple composition helps your viewer to understand your photographs at a better level. See the below-posted image.

Rest important tips I have already mentioned in my previous blogs like. 

• Shoot at F/8, F/9
• Carry Zoom lens to capture your subject from a distance also
• Avoid hot discussion with the people, be polite and calm etc
• Don't shoot those people, who ask you not to shoot.
• Do not enter the private property to shoot like inside the showroom, shops etc
• Be safe and take extra precaution to shoot.
