When you enter the world of photography as a beginner photographer. I hope, you must have heard the few important pieces of advice at that time. Being a beginner or amateur photographer we become so confused to follow or not to follow that advice to start photography at a better level.  This article is about to create awareness for beginner and amateur photographers.

For example. Beginner photographer must know in advance that 10000 ISO cameras are really required for photography or? It purely depends on the photographer's understanding.  Whatever you have in the beginning to shoot, Like basic DSLR camera along with the 55mm Lens, That's really enough to start with and This helps you to understand photography.

Let's understand that advice to ignore, we use to follow in the beginning.
  1. you must shoot in manual mode- It is not the perfect mode to shoot for all the photography genres. You have to decide the mode your own, which gives you a more comfortable mode to shoot or which mode is correct for the specific photography genres. Please experiment with a different mode like Aperture, Shutter speed, Programme mode etc and feel the difference and decide the correct mode to shoot.
  2. Buy a Full frame camera for a better shot - I have heard this advice too, buy a full-frame camera to shoot better, professional, great photographs. I hope, when DSLR cameras were not invented then also photographers were doing the better and great photography with the black & white cameras, digital cameras etc. It is you who shoot, not the camera. A camera is a tool. I have captured a very good photograph with my DX-format camera and I am happy with this, though I have another full-frame camera too. Enjoy whatever camera you have now.
  3. Must have all the lenses- Camera manufacturing company launching new lenses every day for every moment, every different genre and will try to convince you that you must have different lenses for the different photography genres. That does not mean we will be having too many lenses at our desk. Not at all. We need to buy the correct lens only. like wide, Macro and one telly lens. that's all and gradually you can buy other lenses whenever you feel the requirement. Buying is endless. Spend wisely.
  4. Buy Heavy tripod- Tripod is the backbone of the photography but in the beginning, you can start with the normal tripod, which is capable of holding the maximum & minimum weight of your camera & lens weight. Lightweight which is easy to carry, easy to manage. Sometimes carrying heavy tripod makes you tired unnecessarily. Once you are familiar with handing tripods and very well convinced that you cannot shoot without a tripod. Then plan to buy a heavy one.
These are all the tips I got in my first year of photography but anyhow I managed to ignore. I hope most of the beginner photographers used to face these confusing statements from the senior photographers.

I like to mention, It is a long way to go to understand photography but in the beginning, never ever allow other people to make the decision on your behalf. Because you are going to spend not others, you are going to capture and you have to decide on the basis of your experiences.  The markets are full of photography equipment for photography genres. The only requirement is " Do you really need all of them"  Buying must be wisely and Technology keep on changing so please take a better decision before you buy something.

Finally, Listen to every photographer and follow the right advice. The only requirement is to shoot with the right & correct photography equipment along with the correct camera setting.

Keep experimenting and Have wonderful and happy photography to you all.
